We have five installation bays that are now dedicated exclusively to custom Th-700R4 and Th-2004R conversions. As you can see from the pictures scattered throughout our site, we will install one of these wonderful overdrives into just about any custom application.

When we started doing these custom installations seven years ago, we quickly discovered something. Our customers expected their new transmission to "behave" correctly when they picked it up! In these early years, this was a major challenge that we spent many frustrating hours trying to solve.

It was frustrating because even though we took great pains to "build" every transmission exactly the same way, they never seemed to end up with the "driving" characteristics. To add to this dilemma, our customers didn't always agree with our definition of correct "behavior".

Thankfully we didn't give up but made a decision early on to develop ways to make the behavior of these transmissions "adjustable and predictable". The links below explain how we accomplished this goal.
